We strictly follow the Government Guidelines Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our charity fundraising policy
We are fully committed to follow the Government
Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance for the charity sector which is aimed at helping running charities and keeping people safe !
We are committed to safety by following the following compulsory process :
1. All charity collection bags are disinfected before being distributed
2. The key collecting staff will practice social distancing at all times
3. The key collecting staff wears protective masks and gloves whilst working in
the community
We are experiencing a high number of phone calls from members of public making requests to collect their unwanted goods. The waste bins capacity does not allow to dispose all unwanted goods and there is a growing concern of a high possibility of infestations and fly tipping. Combat Cancer aims to support the key waste management service in accordance with the "Government Guidance for schools, childcare providers, colleges and local authorities in England on maintaining educational provision", published on 19 March 2020 by collecting unwanted household goods .
Our Collecting Company is doing their best to collect in your areas
